How Much Molding Length Do You Need?
Calculate the linear footage around the area you need to finish, then add at least 10% extra for waste factor. Note that moldings are made to order and require 2-3 weeks to produce, so order extra if you are on a tight timeline and anticipate you might make mistakes (moldings are often fragile and can break or crack easily).

How Do You Qualify for a Refund?
Please ensure that you product is:
1. In its original packaging
2. In the same condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site. It must be in “like new” condition and suitable for resale.
3. Not used, installed, or marked in any way
You must complete all of the following within 30 days of receiving your order:
1. Contacted our customer care staff at email@example.com to advise that you will be returning all or part of your order
2. Include our Order# in your correspondence
3. Have your order packed and ready to ship
Full Order Returns
For a full refund of your payment (minus initial shipping costs), you must return absolutely everything you received from us. All items must also be in their original packaging. Let us know once you have everything packaged up and ready to go.
We will then arrange a pickup time for the products. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. You should not schedule installation until you receive the product.
When your flooring is delivered, products should be inspected for defects or damage. IF YOU SEE DAMAGE, note the damage on the delivery papers that your delivery driver asks you to sign. Ask the driver to provide you with copies of these papers for your records. Please also take detailed photos of any visible damage. If extensive damage exists, you should refuse to take the product(s) into your possession. Take detailed photos of all damage and call Easiklip customer care immediately at 855-539-5547 to determine a course of action.
Rest assured that we will always take care of you and make sure you have all the flooring you need, even if any gets damaged in the first delivery. Just reach out to our friendly customer care team and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
At Easiklip, we make every attempt to choose delivery carriers that provide exceptional service.
Local Delivery: For safety reasons, your flooring order is delivered to an accessible, outdoor location like a curbside. Carriers are equipped with a pallet jack and liftgate only, suitable for unloading one pallet of flooring at a time.
Underlayment and moldings may be delivered separately via UPS or similar small package delivery services. Such orders will be delivered to your door.
Installation: It is your responsibility to inspect your order for grade, color, finish, defects and other issues. If you are dissatisfied, DO NOT INSTALL. You must fully acclimate flooring to environmental conditions in the installation area for a minimum of 3 days prior to installation. You are solely responsible for checking moisture levels in your flooring product and subfloor, following installation instructions, and ensuring that Easiklip flooring is appropriate for your job site conditions prior to installing.
Returns/Exchanges and Refunds: Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and only with a valid receipt of purchase. Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, special or custom orders, and clearance items. Defective product may be exchanged, prior to installation, within 30 days of receipt. Installed product is considered accepted by you and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges in connection with purchase are non-refundable. Shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility.
After we have received your product, we will complete a quality inspection.
Refunds are issued 3-7 business days after the product has been received by the warehouse in good, resalable condition.
For refunds, credit or debit card purchases will be credited back to the account or tender type used for this purchase.
Return to Warehouse: If you wish to avoid paying shipping fees associated with your return order, you may elect to bring your return back to your nearest Easiklip warehouse by yourself. Please arrange a drop off appointment time with our customer care team prior to your drop off. All other return and refund conditions still apply.
Returns over 30 days may incur up to a 35% non-negotiable restocking fee; a 10% non-negotiable restocking fee is assessed for all exchanges.

Chemical Sensitivity and Hyperosmia: If you, or anyone in your home, are highly chemically sensitive or experiences hyperosmia (a heightened or increased sense of smell), please be advised that despite our flooring and coatings being free of any harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds), we cannot guarantee that individuals with these conditions will not be affected. Just as olive oil and canola oil have distinct smells, so to do the oils used in our coatings. Our coatings are UV cured months before the flooring is available for purchase and cases where consumers will still find smells offensive are extremely rare. Nevertheless, if you suffer from either of these conditions, we advise that you order a single box of flooring (15 sq ft) BEFORE purchasing a full order so that you may determine whether or not you can tolerate Easiklip flooring in your home. Please be advised that any returns based on the aforementioned conditions or general complaints related to product odors will be subject to all regular conditions of the Easiklip Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges policy, including, but not limited to shipping fees and restocking fees.
